CHOOSE HOW YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR FUNDS TO BE USED
100% of funds received will be used to rebuild and support Mitchell County, NC. The Mitchell County Development Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable entity and gifts are tax deductible. Donors may make a gift to one of four funds:
GENERAL FUND. Funds donated to this fund are undesignated and will be used to fund efforts of the greatest need, to be determined by the Foundation (to benefit eligible businesses in Mitchell County at-large),
BAKERSVILLE FUND: Funds donated to this fund will be used to support eligible business in the Bakersville municipal limits,
SPRUCE PINE FUND: Funds donated to this fund will be used to support eligible business in Spruce Pine municipal limits,
UNINCORPORATED AREAS FUND: Funds donated to this fund will be used to support businesses in unincorporated areas of Mitchell County (outside Bakersville or Spruce Pine municipal limits).

FOR LARGER GIFTS: If you wish to make a larger gift, please mail a check to Sandy Buchanan / Mitchell County Development Foundation / PO Box 327 / Spruce Pine, NC 28777. This will avoid online processing fees.
